Please tell me what are the Taste and Tips going to do?When do they start?How will this affect the door greeters?

Your club is a exceptional well ran I applaud you and your GM for the accountability. The greeters at our club cry and whine like it’s a old folks home. Be careful you have to watch what you say to them otherwise they call ethics on you.
Your club must have very bad door greeters. Ours find things that were not paid. They also sell item like garlic knots many bakery items,help members print their photos. Just because they are older does not mean they do not provide a great service to members. Before asked I am not a door greater.
That is the point no company owes them jobs because the fell on hard times. 25 year associates is over paid and time to go for the no service they provide.
Well as usual the people that posted did not answer the question this person had. Just gave opinions. If you don’t have any information please stop saying hateful comments about these people. Three of the door greeters at my club worked for Sam’s for over 25 years and could run circles around most. They had to take the position because of certain health issues. Examples one had a heart attach while working, and another breast cancer. These people do sell at the door.

Thank goodness they are useless and they find no errors. Hell they don't even greet the members. they stand like statues. Most of them call in and half the time anyway. The company is better off without them. get rid of them and keep the Ptc in place now they will save you millions in compliance. Door greeter will save you $0000000
True: Time for greeters who just sit and do nothing to go!
Time for the outdated idea of door greeters to go. They provide no sales and they slow down the exit doors for members to get out. Taste and Tips give members I free sample and grow sales. Sorry all you older and disabled people but Sam's and Wal-Mart doesn't owe you a job.
