Can someone give there credentials to some else to go in and do payroll? What will ups happen if I did that. Responses welcomed?

You can get there via mylife. Google CVS mylife from home and in the search bar select tools and type in workbrain
How do you access workbrain to do payroll from your phone???
Your credentials are supposed to only be used by you. Once you give out your numbers they can do anything with them the want. Imagine you out your numbers for someone to take care of payroll..... you piss them off and they use your numbers to shave hours, add hours to someone’s pay, or basically sabbatoge you. Remember anything you can see or do with your numbers they also would be able to. Imagine a DL giving out his numbers to his assistant..... she would have everyone’s pay scale, hr history and other sensitive info that he/she has no right to. Once again employees have been fired in the past for giving out their credentials.
I suggest if you can’t get to a Cvs computer
download the payroll website to your phone or pc and do it from there.
