Some of the district staff is going to corporate. Morale all over is super low

There are jobs. TJmaxx alone in the Midwest has 8 ASM positions open. There are plenty of jobs. Get out while you can!
You are right, bbb will not give you notice and I would show absolutely zero respect to them, as you said F them!
As I've been told on many occasions, "perception is reality" the perception is the company is desperate and will do anything to keep it's shareholders happy, including more people being let go. It's coming. I'm already looking. I will not give them a notice as they would not give me one. F--- BBB

More layoffs are coming, store comps are down , stock price is a joke, the same executives are still in charge flying without a license, the same senior mgmt is still out there running around thinking the sky is falling! It is because of you and your stupid mgmt lack of ability.
It was stated get your resume ready and get out there your going to get cut!!
Yes this came from HR, a plan to eliminate many positions is being finalized and it’s going to be ugly. If you make over $60k and benefits bye!! I really laugh when corporate gets on here and denies all that is in the works. Get out while you can and don’t look back.
There are no big layoffs planned. Just because there was one, doesn’t mean there will be more. Not all the sales come from within the stores. The warehouses need staff too! Same with the call centers!
Come on people. You all act as if the place is so fragile it can crumble any minute. And that really isn’t true.
Declining comps. More Store closures. Management consolidation. Big layoffs in the planning. We all know it.
