they are way out of touch from what customers want and not to mention team member morale is at it’s lowest we can go to sprouts and find those items in stock!
let me give an example i’ll pick watermelon as an example it’s been out of stock for over a week and there are teams hitting 100%!
it’s obvious astl’s and store leadership are not doing their walks and leaving it up to teams to do it so they fake their walks.
too much of whole foods policy and pts is up to the honor system which tl’s and store leadership are not the most honorable team members out there.
they nned to get off out their office and see what’s going on in the store other from what they see from their office window overseeing of course produce.
what happened to great stl’s that had their astl’s walking teams and jumping in ?
