Right decision to get rid of unprofessional old management team. Aberdeen been going down the toilet for years due to poor management.
GE right to kick these numty’s out. out of their depth and incompetent
Old Baker management didn’t know what they wer doing. Shambles every day. Contracts lost.
When we ran the show we made profit, clients were happy as were our shareholders
Not so now since the GE corporate rats took control and lost all focus
Company needs the old school back and very quickly. We could turn the ship around in 6 months but would they pay us the salaries we need? They would have to or stock with the mess GE is making
No one wants the baker old school management back. Bunch o useless turds ran the business into the gutter. That why they got kicked out.
Bring back the Baker old school management team because they are blue in the blood and know this business inside out
They led the company thought the best periods in the history of Baker so why are they kicked out and forgotten about? Laughed at and ridiculed by the GE elite?

The good ol boy club of baker huge was intact and degrading long before the general came into play.
lots of pass thru third party tools that were not quality inspected to ensure specifications were met.
Just part of the good ol boy way...kept there own pockets lined and they did not leave without a big parachute for themselves.
it's a shame so many gave so much to have the brand reach those levels...it's all gone now like a fart in a whirl wind.

We have lost a generation of highly skilled and talented management potential employees replaced by GE corporate sleaze bags that are destroying our company and getting well paid for doing so
Its too late as GE staff have taken over the key positions across the org. GE oil and Gas should have been written off last year. All they have achieved is too kill the 100 year legacy of Baker Hughes to keep GE on life support a bit longer.
