Everyone is worried about restructuring and when we will know. But what if there is no mass restructure and they are just getting rid of old asms and bringing in the new. let's look at the facts. Performance toolkit hpc accountability the decision tree you are screwed with any of the options, Evals are done early bet most of us old timers get a development needed, or a low solid performer, any recent coachings? Has anyone seen the link for quarterly talent planning (me at walmart) seems to me everyone will be rated like the co's then will have to choose one of the 3 options. Yes they are hiring new asms out with the old in with the new. All without attention from the media. NONE OF THIS IS FACT JUST MY OPINION.

The last change in the Attendance policy was April 9, 2016. Probably will not happen Feb. 1st.
New point system changes February 1st
Another way WM could easily fire people is zero tollerance cell phone policy enforcement. It'd be a blood bath; they'd shed thousands within just the first few weeks!
I have a high paying factory job and they have that in force there. I see people get smacked down all the time over this. There's folks who won't take a break from their facebook for ANYthing.
If Walmart wanted to make changes and get rid of people, they don’t need to restructure , they need to only enforce their attendance policy! Most people would be gone.
I agree with this post and the comment but after looking at the facts that where posted. This seems more legit then any other rumor on here.
The entire “restructure” rumor is almost dead...we need to just let it die..it’s was not covered as predicted in Dallas in any way shape or form.
As for replacing under performing ASMs with new ones, that’s something that should happen. But on a case by case basis not as part of a larger planed event directed from home office. The rating or categorizing of ASM performance is part of that. But then it’s nothing new really either. We can use different names or colors when rating but it’s nothing new really overall.
