That'll be interesting to see. In crew dispatching they are combining desks in the name of efficiency while creating larger and larger regions for single callers to handle. All of us senior employees see these new hires struggling to learn these desks while learning the job in itself. It's a steep learning curve and they're expected to know so much in such a short amount of time while getting people to train them who don't put forth the proper effort to train them. And with the desk consolidations, they're probably going to get furloughed after only working here 4 months.
