Just wondering if anyone at the stores got a raise this year? I work at a DC and we never get raises but I guess that's why most of the smart people have quit. We actually make less than we did 5 years ago due to losing a bonus and incentives. Do store associates still get raises? If so how much? Also keep in mind inflation is 2% so anything less is actually a pay cut...

2015 nothing
2016 nothing
2017 25 cents but lost a guaranteed bonus worth 40 cents so -15cents actually
2018 15 cents for most but many areas got nothing again...
Of course "rate" still goes up every year... what a great way to treat your "associates" LOL
I work in a store (So Cal) and we had received raises just like we do every year
No raises then? At least it's not just us at the DCs, makes me feel a little better I guess
Oh and there is no "underperforming" at the DCs, either we make our required rate or we're fired...
We all get the same raise at the DC, or no raise I should say, so no I'm not "underperforming"
Yes stores still recieve a raise and I find it hat d to believe that DC’s do not get an annual increase. Unless you are underperforming of course
