anyone have there store manager tell them the start date mine did not know i thought was pretty weird

The fiscal year starts in the middle of payroll as well.
February 2nd for my Region 5 store.
What will the training be? Learn how to hide in the office and avoid customers, ignore employees like the rest of the management? Who is going to take care of customers when they get their weekends off? It is not like there is ever enough people in every department plus many times no one is in the department. It will be nice if we finally see management working. Usually they walk past and don't even acknowledge anyone unless they are someone they want to flirt with.
Does it really matter??? It will all change by the end of the year anyway. These supervisors will be canned & we’ll have another new plan. In the past 10 months I’ve had 3 different direct supervisors. I’ve been with this outfit 9 years, it’s a revolving door!
It’s the 2nd. The start of the fiscal year. Your trading could be after that week and you maybe required to go to another store.
I was told the new schedule is supposed to start on 9 February, as the 8th is the end of a pay period. The 2nd would be in the middle of a pay period.
At my Store I'm hearing its the 8th.
There's too be some intense training also for 4 or 5 days but not sure if the training starts on the 2nd or the 8th
