Ok On my Tax form you will need your former associate id number to get into that I used that and reset the password for that and got my w2
When you go to my tax forms.com, it needs a user I’d, which I don’t remember.
It still moves you forward where you enter a bunch of personal info, only to
Decline interest. Can someone add detail?
Userid: Social Security Number
PIN: Birth month and day ex: mmdd

use your social then hit reset pin thats how I did it. make sure you click on the link for former associates
