Thread regarding Walmart layoffs

I reached out to Ethics, nothing happened!

27 years with the company and forced out because of a punk regional. Never had a coaching nothing. Regional id--t madr up things on me and when I turned it over to Ethics for retaliation and abuse five months have passed and not one word.

The propaganda on the and CBL’s would have you believe the Statement of Ethics works but it is all smoke and mirrors. I am very serious, if you are starting out with WM and think you have a future do not believe it. Death by WM is slow and painful. I am living proof. Nearing retirement and discarded like the morning trash.

This company is full of fraud telling b--tards whose only goal is salvage their 6 and 7 figured salary. It’s coming be ready. MM going to Dallas next week to begin the purge.

The whole ethics Cham is to document in the event the employee takes action against the company. I was told by the head of the legal department that ethics works entirely for the company and not the employee. His response to my question was based on an employee who was being retaliated against and what the department could expect. He also added, that if an employee actually does have a legitimate legal complaint, the legal department advises leader ship of the path to take to terminate the associates employment.

@qzz Stop it with your b---s--- charade about bonuses for “getting rid” of white males. Some people who are fired or laid off will be white males. Some people who are hired or promoted will be nonwhite, nonmales. That doesn’t mean there’s a crusade against white males. It just means you no longer get special treatment for being white and male. You get no privileges for that accident of birth.

Ethics is a waste of time and effort. The only reason they want you to call Ethics is so the HR people can disprove your case in favor of the company. They will take your complaint and spin it to benefit the person who will lie on behalf of the company. Take your issues external. Call a lawyer.

Are you a white male ? If so, they might lose 15% of their bonus if they did not get rid of you. It would be irrational for them to let you stay, when their full bonus depends on it.

They dont just coach you out unless it was criminal or unethical . So, without knowing why they let you go, its hard to figure out. They must have seen something on camera. You know there watching .
