while i was taking visitor pass - as i forgot my badge at home, I saw multiple white color Envelop came by Mail and it had some of the employee name on each of the package. I saw about 40-50 of them. Maybe layoff envelop package ?

It is the 5 year recognition certificate. Lots of us were hired and started in January and February five years ago. It is typically sent out a couple weeks before their actual 5 year anniversary.
Yes, I got that big white envelope a week ago for my 5-year anniversary with quite a few coworkers. No worries. Enjoy life. When it comes, it comes. There are a lot of jobs out there.

nope - on the envelop it say "GM Security". I am very sure its not the recognition certificate.
It might be a recognition certificate signed by MB which an employee will get at the 5th year work anniversary.
