Not sure what you mean by sketchy practices, but I agree that it's a flimsy base and they keep mortgaging future quarter]s business to meet current revenue targets. It's like kiting checks or operating a ponzi scheme. Eventually, the whole thing collapses when it becomes impossible to meet the unrealistic goals and growth promises they they make every quarter. It can't continue indefinitely and there's no question that when it crashes, there will be massive restructuring and reductions. One can only hope it starts with that worthless clown running the sales organization. He is solely responsible for the failing culture, declining revenue and total loss of morale in the field. ATTENTION MR. CRO - get a clue, listen to what people are saying. Many of the best people are planning their escape now and eventually you'll be left with nothing.
