Word is that within Whitacre's org (UW and Client Protection) that top performers will be permitted to stay in the MyWork program while the others will be laid off instead of being returned to office. Sounds like nonsense. Does anyone know?

In my office they are pulling all of the my work people back into the building. Rumors are saying no more differential shifts starting in March. Record profits no incentive pay for front line fraud reps and crumbs for raises!
Ummmm, doesn't it make sense that only top performers would be allowed to stay in MyWork? Why would you knowingly put slackers into the program.
I think CAO deployed a similar strategy 12-18 months ago
