Boss already acting like "your gone" ?

This is in info tech. Nobody has said anything, however, boss is acting like I am ALREADY GONE. Anyone else getting this? A reluctance to give any significant work, despite having more experience than anyone else -- hmmm

Sometimes we get treated like things we most resemble. Now - if that doesn't apply to your circumstance, I recommend you call the Ethics Hotline. Don't hide behind an anonymous complaint - own it. That way, if you are let go, you may have legal grounds to claim that you were dismissed because of your Ethics complaint, not due to headcount reduction efforts.

Mine treats me like c-ap. I wonder how much time I have left.

Lots of title changes and lateral moves, as well as selected vspp offers only "certain" techs certain titles...there is something big coming ..still have all managers haven't lost any of them.....

Total opposite. Ours acts like nothing is wrong and when you question the title changes, moves and people quietly being let go in our area, you get a blank look and the answer is always, i didn't hear that and don't worry, they can't get rid of any of us or we can't meet our SLA's.
