Anyone have info on buildings SJC- I,J and K getting sold off and TAC being move with BUs or different building?

We are sourcing CX to the cloud. Our TAC will be AI bots. The migration is beginning and the worst part is that the TAC folks have to train the SW bots that will replace them.
Which teams are being sourced out to 3rd party?
Like other bu's have done, tac is being sources out to a 3rd party company. The building are for sale.
