Don't fool yourself. Marvin prides himself on transparency. Vegas is the perfect setting to let management know that they will be cut down by about 1/2. That is why they are shrinking the market to allow the MD more time in your former store. 1 SM per 2 stores. Consider your vegas ticket (if you truly are a SM) a parting gift.
Talk about being ungrateful to the employees who are selling, installing, loading, delivering goods in your stores. Wow. That shows the mentality of Lowe's management. Gee, don't you think the changes in the corporate method to calculate bonuses have more to do with none coming down the road anymore? Don't you think getting rid of loss prevention will mean more money walking out the door with crooks? Don't you think keeping the store open too late and paying all the utilities plus payroll when nothing is being sold is a waste? Look in the mirror buddy. We don't have a say in anything. Besides, don't you think getting pennies an hour raise a year is demeaning and unmotivating when we work hard but your cronies sit around talking to you all day? Oh, and I forgot to mention the huge discounts you give to a customer when they complain about something mundane or just ask if you can give a better price on something already marked down 40% yet you give another ten percent just because they whined to you. Seriously?
You know your store will have almost no sales because we’ll all be in the break room having a massive party to celebrate your absence.

I just posted on Craigslist Vegas that In the coming weeks and months anyone who says they are a “Lowes manager” is really a cop. That ought to keep their wieners in their trousers.
