Has anyone else tried to get into HR1 Connect?
I needed to get copies of my pay-stubs and try to reach out about my Krono's not being updated since they let managers go before my PTO could be put in for the week prior; however, I get the below error message:
Access was denied by the access policy. This may be due to a failure to meet access policy requirements.
I wrote to HRiconnect@DCEDH.org and they Have yet to respond about getting paystubs and the missed pay on 3/15.
I wrote to HRiconnect@DCEDH.org and they sent me a note that said they don't have the money, and my pay is delayed.
The HR1 Connect site only works for employees who are currently employed, not terminated. Call HR 1 Connect 888-471-3362.
They are open Monday -Friday 8-5:30 pm EST.

You need a PC running windows xp, don’t for get to fire up DOS too
I had that problem too, I heard internet explorer was the way to go. I haven’t tried it yet.
Call hr1connect. I did and got all of my info emailed same day.
Good luck. My supervisors locked me out and all of my paychecks were off for 6+ months. They had to issue me a backpay check for all the work that “never made it on to my time sheets” ... my a--... I put everything on their and they took it off so they didn’t have to pay me overtime and just issue a check after the fact for the extra time I put in. Legit the most corrupt company. DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING.
Must use Microsoft Explorer... there is no other way.
Their system is outdated, use every browser you have access to and make sure cookies are turned on and pop-up blockers are turned off, you will eventually get in.
