Wondering how PTO and bonus works if you want to leave the company? Will I get paid out PTO? Or have the option to just basically take it then they fire me? Any answers will be helpful

As an exempt employee, when I gave 2 weeks notice they paid me for 5 days for PTO and let me take as much PTO as I wanted, much to my surprise.
I think if you leave on your own you only get paid for 5 days of PTO.
Hourly associates get all PTO paid out on their last paycheck as long as they’ve worked for the company for a year or more. Associates with less than a year’s service lose their PTO unless a state or local law requires it to be paid out.
You only get the hourly bonus if you’re an active employee when it pays out, so you have to stay with the company into that pay period to get it.
If you are a salary the only pay 5 days of your PTO plus if you quit no unemployment benefit.
I'm sure they'll screw you out of the bonus, it's what they do...
What about bonus? Just employed through 1/31?
All PTO will he paid out on your final payout.
Not sure if it works the same as before but if so, if you give your two weeks you will be paid your PTO. However, unless your bonus is on your upcoming paycheck for that pay period, you lose it.
