Hard to find that many because they can't pass the d--g test. They don't want to work. They call out all the time. They avoid customers. Lowe's stock will be tanking further as will the store sales volumes.
New motto is “more sitting less working.”
Let us not forget that Lowes hired additional managers. So we have more office sitters when we need more aisle walkers.
Undertrained too.. I mean you really expect a 20y/o coming in and telling someone how to lay tile.. I mean, some youngters have knowledge, but not the ones we hire.. but how do you train someone on a computer system that you don't understand yourself. I am probably the most educated one in our store as far as Sterling genesis isst I'm m20 2020 cad... And I can tell you, that is sad at how much I get stuck on still.. it makes no since.. it's been 6months now, and still nothing in the works as far as a new computer system..
