This has been the problem since MCI and the CLECs stole $billion$ of dollars from the Verizon and AT&T, which resulted in years of layoffs and underfunding wireline to overfund wireless. So here we are with wireless in the steady state a lot of rotting wireline plant that needs to be retired, billions being written of against a terrible investment in Oath, and leaders with minimal telecom leadership backgrounds and little sense of the American telecom market. Houston we have a problem.
