Does anyone know if employees laid off last year qualify for the Restricted Stock Units that are being vested at the of this month or were the stocks paid out on the final check?

Yes pays out March 22
Why did u sign vsp if u didn't fully understand what was included? U should go to the FAQ
you should get it it was part of the lay off package deal in the “south central” market.
you had to be on payroll feb 1st.
you are both misinformed. You had to be active at the time of the grant 2/1/18. Read section 6(c) of your Shares agreement. It states that employees who leave the business as a result of retirement, involuntary termination without cause (includes VSP), death or disability, will be paid their award. I don't know what FAQ you are reading, but you best go back and check it again. My FAQ states the same thing as the original shares agreement (#13) in the October version.
You can confirm your eligibility by emailing RSUAward@one.verizon.com as stated in the FAQ
No. Says it right in FAQ. Must be actively employee during each payout
you need to be active when it's paid out. You forfeit any payouts if you voluntary leave the company.
If you were active when it was granted, you will get a check on 3/22 this year and the rest next March.
