I feel all team leads deserve a raise in pay since now there doing audit team work and managing there own department, i would even agree with salary because there are times leads need to be there over 40 hours to see to there department during events and sales and call outs and audit and etc

I want O.T. when I work over 40. I make more money than my manager.
Too many ex-audit associates doing audits in most clubs. Don't believe, just ask club managers. Oh, and at a lower pay.
Yes, the responsibility is great! Im a grocery lead in a extremely busy club. Covering cat cat otc, hba, all of grocery, restaurant, paper, dog food, candy, chemicals, helping out with freezer cooler sometimes. Doing Audits, doing resets, cleaning schedules, and now possibly having to take cat 48? There should be more compensation!
Salary for team lead is the wrong way to go. Once you start working over 40 hours a week your hourly rate goes down and expectations go up. New managers thought their salary sounded good until they did the math
What if your teamlead complains constantly about doing audits. Has horrible time management. Pretty much gives no direction to the floor partners , has a pretty c-appy attitude. Never is involved in any type of reset and works what she wants and never reallyshows and teamlead quality? Should she get a raise
2 full timers in receiving slashed.....same amount of work.....saves company over 2 grand a week..ya think back room associate might get a little pay increase...nope....greedy scum
Theres no lead job that cant be done properly in 40. Managing 1 area, doing several audits a month, I'm surprised they all survive the week. The only reason to give them more money is that our company clearly can afford to.
You want a raise to work and do your job?
