It's when Eddie dissolved those severence packages. When those golden parachutes disappeared, those NDAs went poof. Someone has a major axe to grind and went tell all with the UCC.

Or the UCC is simply throwing stuff at the wall and hoping it sticks. NDAs do not disappear because the one subject to it is upset about how their tenure ended.
The UCC is also graspingat straws in a fair bit of that objection. As an example, has anybody in the US under the age of 50 even heard of JC Higgins? Dunlap? Silvertone? These are all ancient store brands that went out of use decades ago that SHC for some reason maintained the trademarks on. That’s one of the many things the UCC thinks is worth a pile of money that in reality isn’t. They have a greater chance of recovery if Eddie wins than they do in a liquidation scenario.
