Your manager will start micro managing you and nothing that you do will be satisfactory. Then he/she will dummy up a bunch of vague performance metrics that you have not met, and add it to you Quarterly Connect and NOT let you dispute these false claims in writing.
And this is only the beginning.
For sales - a detailed update request for pipeline and asking to scrub the CRM.
your manager just hired a younger / recent grad even though there are no reason for.
Did you get an IR from your last connect? If yes, time for packing!
I would also add when they start backing up your computer files, this may or may not be obvious to you.
