Good luck to all those affected by this latest round. I'm sure there will be many changes in 2019. Programs that don't have a good return in investment will be dumped and lot of outsourcing will take place.
Yes!! Then the members say, oh where are you going? What then? Try to not cry and say you have no idea.... what a sham.
When I was laid off last year we were told we couldn’t tell members to that we were moving to a new position so yes they make you lie they are dirty to the core be glad you’re getting out of there I sure was
I loved it when I got laid off a year ago there was 800 of us and we got two months notice they let us go a month early but still had to pay us for that other month then we got paid all our PTO time built up then we got paid two weeks severance for every year you were there I ended up having over eight months paid being off that way I could take my time to find a better job and when I did I was getting two paychecks
Good riddance to Humana and trust me don’t cry over it because it is so much better out there away from Humana. They were advertising my job when they laid me off how ridiculous is that

More than 100 FCMs in Humana at Home received lay-off notice on 1/30/19. They had the gall to tell us to lie to the members! We’re supposed to say we are transitioning to another role...really??? Wow! Glad to be in the number. Better days in our future you all🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

Unfortunately the meeting this afternoon is to notify those affected that their jobs will be ending.
I am MSW and work in HAH LTIH as a CM. Over half of my team received meeting notices. We are all MSWs. We are fearful this is the RIF and have gotten no support from team leader on this. Does anyone have any additional information.

Humana’s loss will be another competitor’s gain. Don’t believe the hype you will get a job. The competition hires you as salaried and pays 54.8 cents/mile for mileage plus bonuses throughout the year. AD, Managers and FCMs look at this as elevation! Process this and keep it moving.
What roles is everyone in who has gotten this invite for tomorrow?
I got called to a “business meeting“ tomorrow afternoon I too could not be happier ! Just feeling very used to because they made me give up my caseload two months ago to do the snap stars dialer Telus support program with the promise of a return to The field Feeling used
The invite says it’s a 30 minute meeting to update us on business.
What DOES RHE INVITE SAY AND ARE ALL MEETINGS AT THE SAME TIME ??!!
Wait...are they giving 90 day notice?
The FCMs will be told to work as normal through April 26th. If leaders are smart they will transition those members while they ar still making money off of them.
