What all areas and positions got notified of rif today?

I don’t know how they chose who to let go but I do know that Kindred is going to take over the services. Best wishes! How many people are left in LTIH and Transitions?
I,unfortunately, was invited to the call today. I would love to know how they selected the chosen 180. I’m currently HAH FCM, RN. We were told enrollment in our areas has dropped, but my caseload has doubled since the new year.
Quite confusing 🤷♀️
Apparently, Humana would rather quantity over quality AEB the use of network CM.

My thoughts and prayers are with all those impacted. I like another poster, do understand why layoff these departments when in home care is becoming the focus. Were you given the opportunity to transition to HAH HCCP or SNP?
Does anyone even know how many total managers and Associates there are in ltih and transitions combined?

So sorry to hear this. I know most of us are ready to leave Humana but it’s difficult to get through this. You guys are in my thoughts And prayers.
I dont understand. Are those two programs being eliminated? I thought we were increasing our in home care services???

The call we were just on was to tell us our jobs as managers of LTIH and Transitions were being eliminated. When asked the amount we were told it would be impacting 180 total between these 2 departments. These numbers includes FCMs whose positions are also being eliminated. They will be getting invites for tomorrow’s FCM lay-off call.
