Thread regarding Walmart layoffs

I’m a new ASM and new to WM. How much is the typical yearly raise and when does it normally come? Around same time as bonus?

How new? If you have been in place less than a year, you may not be in on this yearly raise.

They have not frozen ASM raises in the company.

I'm an asm too and they have frozen the raises. I'm in the north west. Word is they're going to continue this trend across all the regions, so get ready.

If you like raises your working for the wrong company! I've received less than 2% raise TOTAL over the last 5 years at the DC. With inflation I'm making close to 10% LESS than I did 5 years ago...

Good raises in Canada are hard to get. We have averaged less than 2% over the last 5 years. Our bonus maxes at 7% of yearly salary. What is it in the U.S..?
