Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Does Sam's rehire people it laid off previously?

I know same position and pay are not an option, but in general, is that a possibility?

If you left with severance waiting period is 6 months, if you was fired dont know the waiting period for that

After you are terminated your previous pay will not determine new pay. New pay follows the guidelines of the level of the job. You need to check your severance package to see how long before you can reapply.

After so many months you can be rehired. Now there is a change, if you had been with the company for a length of time your start out pay will be based off of that. You could actually make more than before

They've rehired people who have quit and a couple who have been fired at my store.

According to severance paperwork, two years need to pass before you can reapply. I’m not sure if that is written in stone or not.
