That would include any WC in any SS center like KC SS & all of work comp that’s done there what with the massive scale back everyone is doing double, triple the workload so overwhelming is an understatement not to mention the morale levels but local management just tells you you’re going to be doing this or that now it’s quite chaotic folks are tossed into things quickly without much if any training or forethought we’re all ready to pack this thing in & take a severance package and call it a day any thoughts ideas appreciated 🙏

Amen. Theyve practically moved in. What do they cost. Only secure jobs are moving co. So is mckinsey the absolutely word or does your mgr have any say? Not that theyd help. Theyre saving their own skin.
Big cut backs in IT continue. Not sure about WC, but the consensus within mgmt is the solution to most everything is to outsource or cut. McKinsey is the de facto management at AIG.
