Many who left with big severance packages are glad to leave these losers behind. Aberdeen office was going downhill for years with poor management and now the place is one big mess. Good riddance.
I took voluntary redundancy 2015 and never looked back . Best thing i ever done. huge wad of cash in my pocket and another job as well. Good riddance BH . BJ should have never merged this lame duck. Good look those left.

I was not ment to see it my manager had it in his emails yesterday. We were in a meeting and he was called to the workshop so I had a look.
Its beeing rolled in stages to save BHGE from having to announce it in the papers , so 2 1/2 % per quater.
So lists were asked for for first quater per department for HR.

I am sick of them treating everyone like this. We have no staff as it is, who we have has to work 24/7 and told like it or we will replace you.
Horrible place to work and only getting worse .
