As shareholder/employee its alarming to learn that each challenge to a Q patent has led to its downfall. Yet 2/3 of the income comes from licensing. Wow.
Q isnt a patent troll in the usual meaning; but its getting to look like one.

Anyone who has a patent filed knows the legalese junk the lawyers write up - so full it BS and wide wide open to challenges. There are some folks with HUNDREDS of patents, dont tell me that any one person can seriously come up with a genuine, seriously patentable invention at the rate of more than 1 a week. Its fluffed up BS. Start with a gem of one good patentable idea and spin it out to 10 or 20 patents. There are some genuinely good and sharp engineers but get real, spewing out serious patents at the rate of 1 a WEEK, each and every week for 10 years ????
