Has anyone heard that if you work over your schedule you get a half of point and if you take a little longer on lunch you get a half of point too

The nine minute rule should go away altogether. I'm sick of people using that. They leave theire 9 minutes early. And leave the rest of us holding the bag. Out the door they go, while lines are backed up out the wazoo. So then people like me have to work past my shift end. While they skate. Sick of it
There are not two points for weekends, only for the published dates. Next dates for two points for calling in are April 19 & 20, 2019.
Yes any ethical company would turn sick hours into PPTO but this is Walmart. They stole our sick hours just like they wanted, there'll be no giving back 100s of millions of dollars worth back now...
Since they are giving us PPTO now...they aught to put our sick and personal hours into that. I have 68 hours in there that has never been touched.
Our store manager told us long lunches would affect our evaluations but no occurances will happen for long lunches. Attendance policy has been changed. Only 5 occurances in six months instead of 9 👏👏👏 about time!! More occurances for weekend or holiday call ins, I think she said 4 points. As someones who never calls in, I'm ecstatic about these changes!! It needed to happen.
We got told by mgmt that it was true and just wanted to see if any other stores heard the same thing we did
I’ve heard that, yes. It’s not true, though.
You get a half-point for an early in, a late in, and an early out, with the usual nine-minute grace period. Nothing for a late out or a long lunch.
False
No... It's 10 mins or more before shift starts... Easy to assume it will be 10 or more minutes before your shift ends... That's my understanding on it
