No official changes to the IBO yet... Word on the street is that no store level layoffs this year until late February or Mid March. Any Info..? Nobody seems to have specifics on the cuts coming yet though..? What positions specifically will be eliminated.

If anything, store level is going to be any FT associates that are not the SM. Especially the remaining non-supervisory FT associates. Anyone with “manager” in their title (except the SM) is probably gone, even the few PT salaried folks. Floor level PT people should be safe for the time being.
This all assumes that these cuts are actually going to happen. This board has been saying “next week” for store level layoffs almost since the BK filing. With the emphasis on jobs being retained, the back end will be decimated (even moreso than it is) before they even look at cuts at the store level. The realignment hasn’t been fully implemented, but when it is I get the sense that there are going to be tons more cuts, mostly because each district’s staff will be folded into the new market staff. That’s ~4 districts to one market. The market staffs are not going to be that much bigger than a single district staff, which means that roughly 2/3 of district level staff are either going to go or have gone. Same for regions, being cut from 6 to 2. Store level hours have been cut, but so far that is the only thing at store level that has been cut.
Eddie won't lay anybody off until the judge decides the Co fate in a few days. All employees could get laid off in a few months if the Co closes down
