They have to get rid of recent hires to offset the old people going, otherwise they get sued for old age discrimination.
In our group they brought in a dozen recent hires, they were there for only a few months, then poof, gone. Thanos got them.
Pray and spray, no one is safe. I'm guessing that's another dozen that won't buy a GM vehicle.
