@XsnL8Kw-olf think about it like this if I get an email notification from a person fooling around on yammer all day does that person really work here?
Yammer is an extremely effective communication tool- in a company with thousands of workers, it's essential that they have a way to communicate and streamline knowledge sharing... when something arises you can ask "hey how did you do this when it came up?" and get an answer in seconds rather than hours or days. So silly to think it would be taken into account on any level.
I just want to see the mo--ns of yammer dropping like flies with their layoff posts.. lol

Yammer posting is a big part of the formula for who goes first,
If I'm a manger or director I'm cleaning all the yammer people first.
People that post frequently on y'r will be the first to go.
