The work from home concept is from an age gone by when productivity and innovation really mattered! Now, breaking down the silos and complete transparency is the norm where everyone can see, hear, and know exactly what everyone else is doing so those precious work minutes are not lost on any unaccountable task no matter how useless. Kind of like being in the old Soviet Union, or East Germany, where socialist values created a supposed Nirvana, just look how that ended up; so how will this turn out?
