Work place of choice doesn't matter. Executives just cherry pick what they want. I remember one of the last calls certain things were popular...Randy Mott just said nope nope and nope.
Remember the ambassador program? Told us peons to do a test drive at a dealer. Meanwhile he gets a free car lol. That's real leadership.
The next WOC survey is going to be a joke. I know people that say even if they survive this, they want to leave. College grads don’t want to come near GM. Maybe Cruise or Maven yes. Morale is worse than when I worked at the cafeteria in college.
