They picked the bloated deadweight that have been there making six figures and not learning the new stuff. Along with anything internal combustion. But because a lot of people who have been there for a hot minute are old, they peppered it with high salary mid career people and NCH to bring the average down. I still hope they sue. I could care less about the reasons, but it's scummy how GM did it.

Most of the criteria was done by legal to avoid age discrimination. However, the balance must be by each team, not just IT or Engr, etc. overall.
