Tailspin..... for all wal mart employees
Core hours are a joke,I'm a full-time associate and I didn't get any core hours. And I will lose my benefits. It's States somewhere in Wal-Mart policy that full-time is anywhere from 40 to 33 hours per week. So I don't understand how that are getting away with it.
@ 1kxx, s u u u u r e you're an assistant manager. Sure, troll.
Hahahaha a walk out huh.....no one is dumb enough to do that....I wouldn't want to do that....I love my job and my ASM position. Walmart has taken care of me for many years....and will for many more.
Walmart works need to set a day to walk out.
Thanks zxt.
Do core hours always end up cutting your hours? We are not on it yet.
Look for another job if you need consistent 40 hours .. when you signed that paper if it said you would get 32 hours they are telling you that for however many weeks you agreed to that you will work a set amount of hours on a set schedule if you are full time for that set hours and you will work those hours if it 12 weeks they can do it and you will not lose your benefits ..
I am a fresh cap associate and I signed a form stating that I would get 32 hours, and I am full-time. I usually get anywhere from 37-40. What's going on with Walmart? Should I look for another job? I need 40 hours a week.
12-13 week (based on length of the quarter) set days, hours and job codes.
So a Deli associate would work the same shift and same days for 12 -13 weeks for example.
