In a letter to the State of Michigan dated February 4, 2019, the Detroit News reports that there will be a “separation” of approximately 1,298 at WTC.

So why does Hater say "approximately 1,298?" and not just round it to 1,300? So maybe employee 1,299 can rest easy he/she is approximately saved from the cuts?
Doing the math, 60 days from February 8 is April 9th
Now we know the last day of the cuts from Warren.
According to the letter registered with the state, those let go from the Warren "facility" (not sure if VEC E and VDOC are included) will be on active payroll till Feb 28. However, wages and benifits will continue thru April 9th. After that, severance begins.
OK, cool.
It's 4 8 0 9 3, genius critic.
The top of the letter is for Detroit. The address listed in the letter for the is the tech center and the zip has 2 numbers transposed. Sorry for calling you I out. I was wrong.
Look up 48903 genius.
It's not Detroit.
What’s SLOPPY is your reading comprehension. The ZIP Code is for Detroit. The address given is for the Ren Center.
Anyone know what the current number of firings that have been done so far in Warren?
I was let go from WTC on Tuesday, no mention of being paid till April. I was told expect pay till Feb28th. Then take the package which is 2 weeks pay for every year worked. Said we will get the bonus.
That breaks down to roughly about 5% of the WTC.
Mr. Hater lists an incorrect (& non-existant) ZIP code for the Tech Center in that lonked letter to SOM.
Sloppy.
So this sounds like pay is through 4/9 regardless of experience? I wonder if the years-of-service pay would be added on after the 4/9 date.
