So with PTC being gone clubs were told to pi k a team lead to take on their responsibility. Bei g called a Change Champ. Anyone have info . I was selected and basically told it a ton more responsibility without a new job or any pay increase and I have to train others on the things PTC does .

Wrong! It’s supposed to fall to the salary mgmt. if you are being called on your mgmt has no clue. MEM own most of it. All leads will be doing is on boarding
I’m a PTC. I got the impression they want us to train team leads, managers and the change champion mostly on Workday processes. I think the change champion will be someone who is tech savvy and can help with lots of the new technology that’s here and/or coming soon.
Your CM was suppose to pick one months ago.
That was assigned to a manager in my club.
