I haven't heard of any layoffs today yet. Should we rejoice or consider this just the quiet before the storm?
It's hard to guess where we are at with layoffs when there is no official number of how many people have been shown the door so far. It could be a thousand or the entire four thousands, for all we know.
Will they use the whole 2 weeks for layoffs, or will it end in the next day or two?
It is not over. Just delayed due to Earnings Broadcast. More to come tomorrow is what I am hearing.
In another posting, someone suggested searching for * in people finder in the morning and evening to see how the count changes.
Probably the only way to know how many were laid off that day.
It would be good if someone posted those counts here for each location.
