Not gone yet.....! In those two years let’s see what’s gone on around us;

CAO in two largest retailers in the country (which is really enough to see the reality), but if your still not convinced...closure of branches around the country and replacing them with distribution centers (not intended for dsd, much like Keebler has not for warehouse), elimination of DDS role, product going to pack 6 (just like Keebler did prior to their exit from dsd), Kroger’s addition of a $60 million distribution center for vendor product (currently housed both Keebler and hostess). 🤔 People May be off on the time line but not on the fact dsd is ending! Climb back under your rock, your DM will let you know when your job is eliminated!

In 2015 we had a regional meeting to tell us all our jobs were safe, in case we heard rumors. Less than 3 months later...1/3 of the sales force was let go! These rally meetings DC are to try to calm people’s fears as we see the red flags pop up all around us, of the dsd exit! Ask yourself DC, are all those red flags just figments of our imaginations? See Mondelez doesn’t get the element of surprise since Keebler exited just prior! Management will claim they are committed to dsd, in the end they will blame the retailers for pulling the plug.

DC if you’ve been around for any length of time, you then know, management lies! Bold face lies!! They don’t care about people’s welfare, only their bottom line! Been that way for years and this go around will be no different! Watch and see! Management knows the facts!

I was just stating what they are telling us. I just think we are still years away from any kind of exit. I'll keep you updated with any news.

How hard do you think people would want to work if they knew they were losing their jobs? Good reason to keep it under wraps until the end! Duh!! Thanks for nothing DC!

DC, do you honestly think that if dsd was going to end in say..6 months they would announce on a conference call? You think that it may be in the best interest of the company to only give 60 days notice? That way they can retain employees until the exit. You may have just gotten off a conference call but I’m in the field all day and the signs are everywhere!! Dsd is going to end!! The announcement won’t come until it has to, but if you don’t see all the signs pointing to a dsd exit, it’s hard to believe you are in management!! Shame on yourself!!!

Just got off of a conference call. No signs of a DSD exit anytime soon. I'm not saying that it won't happen but the company is all in on DSD.

OMG, get a life!! You live in a fantasy world! These new positions are to support a new warehouse model! Mondelez isn’t going away, the company will exist, in a new form! Thus, new positions!

Quit trying to convince yourself otherwise! Pathetic.

Looks like DSD isn't going away anytime soon. We're adding new positions! Keep guessing troll! Just because Keebler left doesn't mean that Nabisco will follow suit!
