The city of Portland has been trying to get the railroad to move for awhile, very few people actually know what is going on and the ones that do are not sharing information, must be some sort of blood oath.

Just the regular carmen and Loco cuts that are happening system wide. I think that one day switcher is still cut off. I hear that the block swap traffic is leaving the brooklyn yard but that should not affect Albina. They are going to go after the Clerks there but they are going to go after the Clerks everywhere. But the traffic is still running through there. Its Hinkle thats in trouble. New regime wants to mothball it.
