I’m looking for the most Awesome way to give notice.
Any ideas appreciated.

Make a bunch of leads with people for installs. Make it at times that you will already be gone. Make them all week after you are gone. Chaos.
I like the store meeting resignation best. Right in front of everyone. Walk up to the store manager and say F-U. Throw your vest in his face and walk out. Mike drop.........
Stay over on the clock. Hide. Downstock stuff in the wrong place. Stash high dollar tool combo kits in random places so they panic when they bill them out. Put some pesticide in a water bottle and kill all of the indoor plants. Damage merchandise on “accident”. Rip open bags of bird seed so the birds come flocking in. Go through each department desk when no one is looking and throw away paperwork. Rip off pricing labels and signage. Make accidental chemical spills and call a manager. Switch pricing labels on shingles so the cycle counts get screwed up. Go to a random support manager and them a ASM needs to bill in 20 random toilets by the end of the day. Tell customers Home Depot has it cheaper. Cut wire wrong. Press the service buttons all over the store to cause there score to go down.
I’m gonna go with union literature. I’ll put one in each persons locker, on car windshields out front, and I’m considering an airplane towing a banner saying Lowes unfair to employees.
Get a band, marching or mariachi or whatever and have them follow you in to turn in your resignation. Film it and put it on YouTube.

Store meeting idea is great but can’t wait until then.
See if you can hold off until the all store meeting. In the middle of it, get up announce that you are leaving, walk up to the store manage, talk off your vest and give it to them. Then walk out.
