Saw this list from someone who knows someone who knows someone. I’m wondering how it traveled all the way to me, someone who is so low on the totem pole. They have been stressing us out for weeks and now higher ups, managers, and below have a list and they’re sharing with people who are ‘Safe’. It’s embarassing.
I didn’t see myself on the list, but I saw many who were. Worst part about it, is that a buddy of mine just quit his old job to start at GM and he hasn’t been around more than 2 months and they’re laying him off. It kills me to see him working so hard while knowing he’s about to be laid off. He’s more competent than so many people in our department. Why keep all the bozo’s and fire some really intelligent people?
Also the list is categorized into “director”, “position” and “age”
Age Is not the determining factor, just the identifier.
