News from Sears India is majority of associates are leaving or already left and new ones are not joining due to the news of bankrupcy filing hence they dont want to join just accept the offer letter and use to to get a higher pay in next company. Projects are not able to execute due to lack of resources. Guess SHI will fold before Newco or Sears. Its is better the current set of associate s in SHC start looking for a new job now

Sears India guys are overpaid (by a lot). I have heard that people who resign are being offered significant raises and monetary carrots are being dangled at them.
I would be really surprised if people actually accept them.
Where woudl you end a year down the line ; you WILL need to take a paycut for sure AND it is not that you are covering yourself in glory working for Sears.

Keep dreaming that SHI folks will leave on their own. They are highly paid and barely do anything. They milking it just like folks at HE. MT group has ton of works to last until April 2020. We are getting rid of mainframe and teradata and new pos and shutdown core. They will hire more contractors to do these projects. Im sure SHI will continue to milk it til it actually fold for good.
