Who would really want an open office with there coworkers. You really want to sit side by side with your manager?
I don’t mind the people I work with I would like to keep it at that.
I don’t believe anyone saying “my whole team just loves open office.” obviously everyone will say that because no one wants to seem annoyed by there team. You can only speak for yourself on this one
My team is vey happy with an open office concept. The ones that don’t like it are the employees that have been there for 100 years and typically sleep at their desk
On most days I can tolerate the open-office set-up, but it will allways have a negative effect on my productivity. What I really don't like is not having an assigned desk. That is very demeaning way to treat employees. Even though it may be true, I want to at least feel like I'm not some anonymous cog. If they keep treating me like a temp employee then I am going to start acting like one (no more casual overtime or taking my computer home).
Obviously he copy/pasted it from the link jack a--. You lost any credibility to speak to us adults about open seating, when you couldn't put that together. Open seating was the largest waste I'd money for GM. That expense cost jobs.
Open concept makes it easier to dismiss employees by minimizing their personal item so that they fit in the blue bag.
Heard an area of open concept called everyone designated to that area to be there at a certain time then called the names of people to be laid off. Can anyone can verify this?
placing-a-dash-between-every--word-is-highly-annoying. Furthermore, my team works in an open office and we're very energized and highly collaborative, so I'm good.
