You'll be able to buy GM stock under $10 by then though, and this will all have been in vain.
GM2020 was the supposed timeline to have their house in order. Whether they make it or not is yet to be determined. It started in 2015.
There's a reason why it has to be complete by 2020. I'll let you know in 2021. You'll probably know by then. Yeah it's cryptic, but it'll be too late to do anything about it.
